Safeguarding Adults Week 2024

Safeguarding Adults Week 2024 took place 18 – 22 November

The Safeguarding Adults Boards in Portsmouth, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Southampton were proud to support National Safeguarding Adults Week 2024. It was an opportunity for organisations to come together to raise awareness of important safeguarding issues. The aim was to highlight key safeguarding issues, start conversations and raise awareness of safeguarding best practice. Each day, we focused on a different safeguarding theme which relates to how individuals and organisations can safeguard themselves and others.

The 4 Safeguarding Adults Boards also worked together to put on a programme of online learning sessions throughout the week.
